Evolution Window Systems is a manufacturer of timber and aluminium windows and doors.

A 100% Australian owned company with over 25 years’ experience in the windows and doors manufacturing business, located in St Marys NSW.

This is a pivotal role, and suites someone that can multi-task and is a good allrounder working within the different areas of the company.

The primary objective of the role is to undertake accounting/sales support functions assisting in all areas.

**The role and responsibilities**:

- **Accounts Receivable**

Responsible for all functions pertaining to Accounts Receivable, processing customer payments in Xero, Invoicing, weekly outstanding debtors report.
- **Sales Support**

Providing support and information to the sales team when required, create and keep updated job folders and job cards ready for invoicing, provide weekly invoicing report.
- **Administration & Reception**

Processing of some general administrative tasks, data entry, scanning and filing

and the distribution of inbound calls.
- **Adhoc Duties as required**

Any ad-hoc duties as directed by your supervisor or team manager

**About you**:

- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Experience in accounts receivable and sales support a must
- 3-5 years in a similar role an advantage
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office, Excel essential
- Experience in Xero, ESP and Biscount an advantage, but not essential

**Position Offer**:
Salary $60,000 negotiable

This is a salaried position, with working hours between 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday,

and daily half hour lunch break.

**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Accounts receivable: 2 years (preferred)
