Shared Services Officer

**Job Description**:
**The Opportunity**

We have an exciting permanent, full-time opportunity within our Finance team located in St Marys, NSW. This is a hybrid role.

In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end Accounts Payable processing of invoices to payment, query resolution, mailbox management, and full billing function for CNH Industrial Seeding & Tillage.

**The Responsibilities will include**:

- OCR supplier management, payments and audits and SOX compliance.
- Performing reconciliations and reporting of various accounts.
- Providing cash forecasting/slowdown data to treasury
- Assisting with end of month and end of financial year activities
- Maintaining Remittance Claim Advice database
- Producing daily wholesale sales information for departments upon request.
- Distribution of monthly statements for internal and intercompany accounts by end of workday one.
- Performing accounts receivable reconciliation and age analysis.

**To be successful in this role, you will have**:

- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in an Accounts Payable or Receivable environment using a large ERP system is preferred
- Intermediate MS Office Suite proficiency
- Knowledge of internal controls/SOX is highly regarded
- High attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
