**Requirements**:

- Working directly with the Campaign Management team to execute successful marketing campaigns for EOI and Offer campaigns on the Birchal platform.
- Plan, create and manage the content schedule for social media platforms.
- Meeting internal targets alongside the Campaign Management Team
- Evaluate analytical data, delivering comprehensive reports to optimise campaigns and performance across digital platforms.
- Ensure the ongoing success of all digital platforms, social media, paid advertising and other marketing platforms.
- Manage and optimise paid digital channels.
- Improve user experience across all touchpoints and digital metrics in the business.
- Proactively keep abreast of new approaches for market development, acquiring and analysing data, and consulting with internal and external sources.

**Mandatory skills**
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing or a related field
- Marketing Experience focusing on digital advertising (3+ years)
- High level proficiency in managing social media platforms, digital advertising platforms, and marketing software (Meta, Google etc)
- Experience with data analysis
- A passion to work with Start-ups
- Exceptional attention to detail
- A self-driven can-do attitude to solving problems
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Drive to learn every day and a problem solver like mindset
- Content Creation Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Capability to work and learn independently

**Desirable**
- Experience within a Start-up Company/Environment (2+ years)
