Our full service agency is growing and we are on the lookout for an ambitious digital marketer with experience in managing search, display and social digital marketing campaigns. Additional experience in lead generation, programmatic buying, marketing automation, EDM strategy, conversion optimisation or organic social content campaigns is favourable and an opportunity for growth in this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Setting up and optimising pay per click campaigns across search & display (google ads) and social (Facebook, Instagram).
- Organising media placement, checking all content and activities
- Analyse the performance of campaigns and optimise search and social PPC campaigns for best performance
- developing acquisition strategy for search and social campaigns
- campaign reporting, suggestions, improvements and looking for innovative ways to drive lead generation
- Attending infrequent client meetings to discuss ideas, improvements and strategies
- Take charge of lead generation, programmatic buying. marketing automation, EDM strategy, conversion optimisation
- Researching based on the clients’ needs and market trend, providing practical advice on marketing tools, pricing and channels

**Required skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
- 2- 5 years of experience as a marketing specialist
- Experience in the field of lead generation, landing pages and conversion optimisation.
- A working knowledge of, google tag manager & google analytics is required.
- You have great attention to detail. You strive to create remarkable online customer experiences and have experience in working on digital campaigns that generate a strong return on investment.
