This is a great opportunity for a Customer Service professional who is dedicated to providing quality service to join our Home & Community Services team in Hunter’s Hill. Our team is growing again, we currently have a full-time permanent position available, Monday to Friday with the ability to work a Saturday or Sunday shift once a month is essential (a weekend shift allowance applies)
- Ability to type whilst talking on the phone
- High attention to detail and strong sense of urgency
- Empathy and the ability to guide customers through complexity
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Ability to liaise at all levels
- Ability to foster and build relationships with a range of stakeholders
