**profound understanding of microwave technology and prior involvement in critical infrastructure projects** are essential qualifications for this role.

**The Role**:

- To give technical advice and direction to the field staff regarding microwave transmission and reception.
- Directs field supervisors and technicians in technical aspects of relocating, installing, repairing, and maintaining microwave transmitters and receivers.
- To oversee seamless project deployments while ensuring precision, completeness, and professionalism in implementing microwave.
- Your role involves executing and documenting acceptance tests, and collaborating with customers, subcontractors, and colleagues to guarantee successful project outcomes.
- Your expertise in microwave technology, Land Mobile Radio, P25, and wireless data systems will be pivotal.

**Responsibilities**:

- Expertise in Microwave Systems: Design, Deployment, and Troubleshooting
- Competence in LMR (Land Mobile Radio) Deployment and Troubleshooting
- Traveling to customer locations and job sites
- Coordinating with Implementation Subject Matter Experts (ISMEs) to compile accurate closeout documentation.
- Developing tailored Methods of Procedures & Scopes of Work for field teams
- Providing technical support to SMEs
- Collaborating with key project stakeholders through regular meetings
- Conducting site and path surveys, as well as spectrum analysis
- You'll be pivotal in ensuring compliance with government and local procedures, regulations, and codes.
- Regular progress updates to the appropriate management channels will be part of your routine, aligning with our commitment to driving innovation in every project.

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of experience working as a Field Manager/Supervisor or Engineer in the telecommunications industry.
- Proven success in handling and completing challenging projects.
- Strong understanding of microwave technology
- Experience working on critical infrastructure projects (_preferred but not mandatory_)
