Genus Communications is seeking an experienced Field Contract Manager to join our Team.

The Field Construction Manager is to provide daily direction, instruction, and guidance to the Field Project Teams to ensure they meet our contractual and regulatory requirements for the project.

**The Role**
- Ensure all day to day operational activities are executed effectively and appropriate records and approvals are in place
- Monitor contract status and provide status reports to Construction Manager.
- Manage subcontractor relationships and conduct HSE audits.
- Maintain key client stakeholder relationships and represent Genus at stakeholder meetings.

**Essential Requirements/Skills/Qualifications**
- Previous Field Contract Management experience, or equivalent in the telecommunications industry.
- Driver’s Licence and accreditations as per the training matrix
- Well-developed written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, including stakeholder relationship management.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with data analysis and reporting experience.
- Sound understanding of Health & Safety requirements in the workplace, and how to monitor/reduce HSE risk.
- Highly developed multi-tasking ability, in order to deliver in a high paced work environment.
- Fully vaccinated against Covid 19

**Desirable Skills and Qualifications**
- Telecommunications Network experience highly regarded.
- Diligent, strong initiative and positive attitude.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills.
- Capable of multi-tasking and delivering results within a high volume work environment with mínimal supervision.
