**Position: Field Sales Manager - Automotive**

**Your Role**: As a Field Sales Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in managing and building a dynamic door-to-door sales team (Automotive). Your leadership will be instrumental in taking these teams to new heights, driving efficiency, and achieving ambitious goals.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role.
- Proven results-driven mindset.
- Strong management and leadership skills.
- In-depth understanding of direct marketing.
- Exceptional organisational skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
- Essential experience in Door-to-Door sales.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
