**ABOUT THE ROLE.**
The role of Credit Control Team Leader at CTM is to provide support and coaching to your team members as well as providing coverage and assistance to the Financial Services Manager ANZ.
The role requires accuracy, efficiency, and a broad knowledge to oversee all CTM Debtors, including preparing and reconciling of statements, collection of client debts and management of ledgers.
The successful applicant will possess excellent time management and communication skills, have a strong eye for detail and the ability to work autonomously with mínimal supervision. You will support the processing of large volumes of transactions, actively review, suggest, and implement improvements to existing processes whilst working with operational teams across the business. Meeting monthly deadlines is of upmost importance to ensure the Finance Department is achieving its operational and strategic goals and collecting all outstanding debts in accordance with policies and procedures.
**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.**
- Minimum of five years’ experience and skills relevant to the management of credit control, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, commission collection and monthly reporting & analysis.
- A knowledge of the travel industry is highly desirable
- Experience with Tramada System or similar travel accounting package is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, initiative, and drive to achieve team results.
- Excellent and effective interpersonal and communication skills to positively engage and build successful working partnerships with staff, clients, and suppliers
- Empathetic and persuasive communication skills in collections of outstanding debt
- Dependable, timely and punctual with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Effective written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Actively review and suggest improvements to existing processes and manage change in a positive manner.
