**About the Company**

Our client is a complex and multi-faceted organisation with a number of high-profile brands. They are currently re-designing and centralising their credit function to the Brisbane CBD, which is creating the opportunity to build a new high-performance team

We have a number of vacancies at the Credit Officer and Team Leader levels, and you can expect to be part of a values-based culture, where all revenue goes back to being able to expand and improve health and care services.

**About the Role**

As a Credit Officer you will be the backbone of the revenue function, managing your own portfolio of clients with regards to
Answering customers queries, problem solving and resolutions.
- Qualifying customers and identifying at-risk accounts.
- Collections/ recoveries.
- Assisting customers with payment plans.
- Case-manage complex cases.
- Receipting and allocations.
- Process credit notes and refunds.

As the Team Leader you will mentor, guide, support and supervise your team to be successful.

A strong background in credit and collections is essential.

Note that base salaries start from $65 000 per annum plus super and that using the full salary packaging entitlements will make the salary commerically equivalent to approx $75 000 per annum plus super.
