Based in
**Brisbane**, the
**Credit Controller **is part of the Group Finance Department and is primarily responsible for customer credit and receivables management. This role is required to provide timely and accurate support services to the finance department and assist management in meeting the company’s accounting needs and requirements.
With respect, integrity and honesty, you will:
- Ensuring timely collection of receivables and chasing up overdue accounts.
- Internal and external customer queries and requests are processed in a timely manner;
- Liaise with the customer service teams to ensure seamless handling of calls/claims;
- Assisting with customer enquiries including dealing with complaints/dispute resolution process; and
- Working collaboratively with other departments.
**What you’ll bring**
Here’s what you’ll need to thrive in this role:
- Solid accounts receivable and credit control experience
- ERP system experience;
- Intermediate Excel skills;
- Experience within Utilities viewed favourably but not essential;
- Attention to detail;
- Excellent time management skills;
- Great communication skills;
- A high level of customer service skills; and
- The ability to work on your own and as a part of a team.
