**About**
Our client has created a hands-on credit officer role to assist the Finance Manager and the Shared Services Manager with various month-end support and transactional tasks.

**The Role**
This role will work closely with the Financial Controller and take charge of all the AR duties including professional management of the debtors.

Key initial tasks will include
- Managing a ledger of commercial accounts;
- Provide customer service to all clients;
- Timely collection of outstanding debt;
- Investigate and resolve queries relating to non-payment of invoices;
- Process and allocate payments;
- Daily customer contact

**About You**
- 2+ years’ experience in collections or credit control;
- Ability to multi-task and handle confidential information;
- Ability to work independently and under pressure;
- Demonstrate initiative and take responsibility;
- Good written and verbal skills, with Intermediate Excel knowledge

Personally, you will be motivated, switched on and will be keen to contribute to a collaborative and close knit finance team. This role will involve extensive management of the collections process, which requires someone to be persistent & professional.
