- As a Credit Controller reporting to the Credit Control Manager, your key responsibilities will include:_
- **Building Strong Relationships**: Develop and maintain professional relationships with Partners, secretaries, and business managers.
- **Strategic Debt Management**: Attend regular debtor review meetings to analyze the debtors ledger, identify priorities, and assess potential risks.
- **Proactive Debt Collection**: Implement proactive measures to expedite payment of outstanding debts, thus enhancing cash flow and reducing debtor days while ensuring strict confidentiality.
- **Collaborative Support**: Collaborate with the Senior Credit Controller to escalate confidential matters and provide the necessary information for resolution.
- **Compliance and Confidentiality**: Ensure strict confidentiality, compliance with regulatory requirements, and adherence to internal policies in all activities and duties.
- To be considered for this role, you should possess:_
- **Hands-on Experience**: Demonstrated hands-on experience in a service industry with knowledge of credit/collections procedures.
- **Professional Services Exposure**: Exposure in a professional services/commercial environment will be highly regarded.
