**About the job**
- Support at Reception: greeting clients, answering phones, managing mail/couriers.
- Office administration - electronic lodgements, database updates, maintaining filing systems.
- Administrative support to Business Services team: invoices, client correspondence, photocopying
- Work as part of the administrative team assisting with ad hoc projects and initiatives.
- Maintaining client Company Secretarial Electronic Registers
- Preparing and lodging all ASIC forms and associated documentation for changes to company details
- Incorporation of new Australian Companies and the establishment of Trusts
- Electronic filing of Corporate Secretarial documentation in Virtual Cabinet (VC) and CAS 360
- Ad hoc administration and maintenance of the CAS 360 and APS databases associated with the Corporate Secretarial function and including any related special projects as they arise**.**

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Great time management skills with the ability to prioritise to meet deadlines.
- Good attention to detail and able to complete work accurately.
- Enjoy a challenge, have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work as part of a team but operate autonomously.
- A strong and dedicated work ethic
- The enthusiasm to be a part of the firm's friendly & high performance culture.
- While no formal qualification is required for this position, studies in Business Administration would be highly regarded.
