As a Paid Social Optimisation Lead, you will play a crucial role in optimising our paid social media channels and developing and executing high-performing paid social strategies to enhance online traffic conversion. Reporting to our Paid Social Manager, located in our HQ on the Gold Coast, offering flexibility with work from home.

To excel in this role, you must have a proven track record in coordinating and executing paid social programs and campaigns, with an eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and exceptional written and verbal. Additionally, you should be socially connected, have a keen interest in forward-fashion and technology, and have a knack for identifying great social content. Have a willingness to push our brand, be insightful and be ready to have fun with strategies that will take our reach to the next level

**What success looks like as a Paid Social Optimisation Lead;**:

- Successful end-to-end setup and QA of performance campaigns across all paid social channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat & Pinterest).
- Improved performance of existing paid social campaigns through optimization and analysis.
- Budget Optimizations & real-time adjustments to campaigns based on performance data, ensuring goals are met or exceeded.
- Effective collaboration with Paid Social Creative Lead to source, coordinate, and update creative assets for paid social campaigns.
- Improved ROI and revenue growth through efficient use of ad spend.
- Identifying winning variations, optimising campaigns based on test results, and driving improvements in performance.
- Successful integration of paid social campaigns with other marketing channels, resulting in improved overall campaign performance.
- Set up and manage A/B tests and testing schedule
- Successful implementation of strategies resulting in increased conversions and higher ROI.

**Skills and experience;**:

- 3+ years of experience managing paid social campaigns for a multi-region organisation.
- Expert-level experience using Facebook Ads Manager, Snapchat Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Experience building high-performing campaigns with proven return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Ability to set up and optimise paid social campaigns with large budgets across multiple regions.
- Experience developing and implementing paid social media strategies.
- Experience reporting on campaign performance and providing key insights.
- Experience managing large budgets across multiple social platforms.
- Ability to work with a highly performance-driven marketing team.
- Must have experience with Facebook/Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok. Experience with Pinterest is helpful but not necessary.
