For The Love is a high-profile, music, fashion and lifestyle brand creating iconic moments in music across Australia.

ISLA is an Australian-made and owned alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage and lifestyle brand, adding value to people's lives through “better for you” drink experiences without compromising on taste or quality.

The Creative Lead will work across two companies, ISLA and For The Love. Reporting to the Founder of ISLA and working with the Marketing Manager at For The Love; this role will be crucial in creating and executing the creative vision for ISLA and For the Love.

**About the role**:

- Create beautiful content, manage websites and social media pages that will take ISLA and For The Love to the next level
- Work alongside the Marketing Manager to plan and schedule the content calendar
- Explore and elevate the tone of voice
- Be an ambassador for both ISLA and For The Love, working with suppliers to establish and maintain mutually beneficial relationships
- Direct and assist with the end-to-end production of social and content photoshoots
- Work with the digital team for brand assets
- Attend events to capture and post engaging content to elevate brand presence in the market

**About you**:

- Proven experience in a senior creative role or several years of industry experience
- Ability to brainstorm, collaborate, offer creative suggestions, and execute them from start to finish
- Ability to analyse social ad performance and modify to align with sales and KPI strategy
- Strong copywriting capabilities (copy and creative writing)
- Good understanding of using apps and programs such as InDesign, photoshop, lightroom, photography, scheduling apps (unfold), Tone, and Splice (video editing)
