**Company Overview**

Our client is a leading retirement living, home care services and allied health provider supporting older South Australians to live their lives well. Due to strong organisational growth, an exciting opportunity has emerged for an innovative and dynamic Digital Customer Experience Manager to join their Marketing team.

**Role Overview**

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, this newly created role is responsible for maximising customer experience at every digital touchpoint. This will ensure that customers find and access information quickly and easily through a seamless journey. The Digital Customer Experience Manager will drive the effective development and implementation of digital campaigns across various digital platforms including social media and website increasing customer engagement and brand awareness. This role will liaise and collaborate with a range of stakeholders including the senior management team and external agencies to develop digital marketing strategy, create strategic content and ensure brand consistency. Other responsibilities include data analysis and reporting, project management, process and system improvement.
