An innovator within their market sector, this cutting-edge consumer goods business is continually expanding their national and global footprint. As part of their significant ongoing investment in digital marketing innovation, a new position as Digital Marketing Lead has presented itself.

The Digital Marketing Lead is responsible for developing and driving Digital Marketing activity across the customer journey with a focus on driving engagement, leads, customer acquisition and revenue, across all brands of the business.

Supported by the Digital Marketing Manager and collaborating with peers
across CRM, Social, Ecommerce and Brand, you will help deliver aggressive
growth of website sessions and revenue ensuring an integrated and collaborative approach across the group of brands. With a strong focus on digital marketing strategy and execution, cross-functional collaboration, delivering commercial outcomes, this role will be critical to the success of their B2B and D2C digital marketing function.

Tertiary qualified, you will have a minimum 4 years’ experience driving growth and revenue through digital marketing roles within B2B and B2C digital marketing channels. You will demonstrate proven proficiency in managing campaign delivery and agency relationships, as well as driving ROI through performance marketing and paid social campaigns. Critical to your success will be self-motivation and drive to deliver results and continuous improvement.
