**About the Role**:
We are seeking a strategic champion for our client's projects who can act as a bridge between customers, external stakeholders, and internal teams. This person will have an understanding of the broader scope while also being hands-on with the finer details. You will collaborate with team members to guide projects through from strategic user experience design to development and post-launch direction, with ongoing client growth.
**Responsibilities**:
- Test and validate client deliverables with the guidance and support of the QA team, evaluate opportunities to improve customer experience, and ensure client expectations are exceeded.
- Build positive relationships with clients, understand their unique challenges, and help ideate solutions that solve their users' problems and achieve business goals.
- Manage project timelines, budget, and scope, and ensure projects are completed to a high standard, on time, and within budget.
- Work closely with developers, designers, marketers, and content creators to execute digital projects.
- Capture, clarify and manage project requirements and user stories throughout all project phases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage priorities, resources, and strategise project approaches, solutions, and methods to deliver projects and solve problems.
