Description and Requirements
Our Outside School Hours Care service, St Therese OSHClub located in Essendon, is looking for a passionate Coordinator to assist with managing the service and providing engaging programs for our primary-age children. This is a permanent part time opportunity offering 29.25 hours per week to assist with leading a team of passionate Educators.
You will work across split shifts to support the service’s operating hours of Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 9:00am (Rise then Shine Program) and 2:45pm - 6:00pm (Stay and Play Program). Plus an additional 3 hours of admin during the week.
About the role
Leading a team of Educators, you will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years. You'll have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service. Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration
