**Essendon Mazda** are seeking a highly organised, process driven
**Retail Delivery Co-ordinator/ Assistant Stock Controller** to join a vibrant, collaborative team

As an integral & crucial position within the dealership, you will be responsible for executing all tasks to efficiently, maintain and administer vehicle stock, carry out essential administration duties as well as help co-ordinate the smooth delivery of all new vehicles in a timely manner whilst meeting & exceeding customer expectations.

**The key responsibilities for this position are but are not limited to**:

- Manage and update internal systems to coordinate vehicle deliveries.
- Assist in coordinating activities to ensure vehicles are registered and delivered in a timely manner.
- Ensure a high standard of customer care and contact relations in the process of coordinating delivery of new vehicles.
- Accurately complete daily delivery report.
- Assist Stock Controller
- Sourcing vehicles from dealers where required in a prompt manner.

**To be considered you will possess**:

- Excellent communication & relationship building skills and strong computer literacy,
- Proven experience and knowledge in office administration.
- Ability to liaise and effectively communicate at all levels including Department Managers.
- Demonstrate a consistently pro-active approach and pleasant demeanour.
- Exhibit strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Conscientious and diligent, taking full ownership for tasks & duties.
- A positive can-do attitude & work ethic.
- Flexible & adaptable with proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- **Previous experience in a Dealership Environment is Essential**
