**Your Opportunity**:
As the face of Care with Quality, the Client Coordinator role focuses on delivering outstanding person-centred support to our clients and care worker team. Through building meaningful relationships, this role is responsible for ensuring that clients receive the care and support they need to live the life that they choose. We are seeking a full-time Client Coordinator to be based out of our Essendon Office.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Appropriately matching field staff with clients, ensuring services are scheduled in line with client's needs
- Act as the first point of call for clients, Support Coordinators, families, other nominated representatives and healthcare professionals.
- Ensure all documentation for clients is accurately maintained.
- Work closely with field staff to ensure scheduling is appropriate and act as the team's first point of contact for any issues or queries.
- Work with the broader team on quality and continuous improvement initiatives.

**What we are looking for**:
We are looking for a supportive, friendly, and organised individual with excellent time management, administration, and customer service skills to join our team.
- Strong rostering capabilities and ability to manage competing priorities
- Ideally, experience, knowledge and understanding of the disability/community care sector
- Demonstrated experience in providing service delivery to clients, customers, employees or other relevant stakeholders
- Genuine desire to deliver outstanding customer service in all interactions.
- Strong attention to detail and well organised
- A commitment to providing the best quality support and services to our clients
- This role also requires the successful applicant to have or obtain a national police check._
