**The Company**

Fields Auto, a division of Autoleague, one of the largest Automotive Groups in Australia. Fields Auto Division is located in Essendon Fields and home to Airport Toyota, Essendon Isuzu UTE, Essendon Mazda, Essendon MG and Essendon Volkswagen.

**The Role**

Seeking an innovative, creative & astute

You will be working in close creative unison with our Dealership Management teams in developing inspirational marketing strategies for our respected Automotive Brands taking ownership & supporting the full life cycle of marketing outputs.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Creatively develop and manage Marketing Brand awareness for our Dealerships
- Create and Manage Dealership CRM and MRS systems for increased customer retention
- Excel in the execution of all brand marketing initiatives (ATL, BTL, NPD, Digital & PR)
- Develop brand specific marketing campaigns and sales promotions enhancing brand & customer centric market awareness
- Provide innovative and proactive solutions across all aspects of brand loyalty, delivering improved CSI, and subsequent improvements in customer retention
- Develop and implement an effective digital, social media and intranet strategy providing ongoing management of content
- Maintain PR relationships with all sponsorship arrangements
- Develop, enhance and manage all online presence and reputation including but not limited to marketing campaigns, social networking websites, blogs, review site etc

**You**
- Be Passionate, Live and breathe marketing with strong knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
- Be creative, decisive, forward thinking and commercially aware
- Innovative & dynamic self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Strong planning, organisational and multi-tasking skills with attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to build rapport and foster successful relationships
- Intermediate skill within the Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator software programs Highly Regarded
- **Tertiary Qualification in Marketing is Highly Desirable**:

- **Previous Working Experience in the Marketing space with strong exposure to campaigns & brand awareness/development is Essential**
