Administrative Payroll:

- Accurately and timely process wages payroll (weekly and ad-hoc) for multiple company sites (as one pay run) incl. time sheet interpretation.
- Maintaining updates in the payroll system for responsible employees records and Connect (for leave). Resolving payroll queries for responsible pay environment.
- Acting as backup for other weekly wages pay environments of two other company sites.
- Daily dispatch (DDLS, Docket processing, Chep pallets ordering-booking).
- PGI of delivery dockets.
- To create stock transfers between plants in SAP.
- Be in contact with Customer Services.
- Invoices approval/checks in ESKER portal.
- Maintain site training register and induction record and organise required training, ensure all required records are maintained.
- Creating purchase requisitions and receipting of goods and services into the purchasing system. This includes PR and GR within the ERP system.
- Set up new vendors and contracts in SAP.
- Coding and preparing invoices for review and approval by the Plant Manager.
- Responsible for maintaining agreed stock levels for Administrative supplies, PPE, and Supplies of Coffee, Toilet Paper etc as required
- Coordinate Laundering of Employee Plant Safety Clothing with supplier.
- Liaise with Office/Amenities Cleaning Provider to ensure high level of site housekeeping is implemented.
- Collation and preparation of all monthly reporting ensuring relevant documentation is accurate and shared with relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Organise and co-ordinate key functions or events as defined by Plant Manager
- Mail collection when required.
- Phone reception for calls redirected from automatic exchange.
- As directed assist the Plant Manager in day to day operation ensuring business continuity

**What you'll need to succeed**
- 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge in end-to-end payroll including Enterprise Agreement and relevant Awards interpretation.
- Experience in Preceda payroll system advantageous
- Knowledge of ERP system, SAP advantageous
- Proficiency in MS o365 (particularly Excel and Word)
- A strong team player with good communication and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and good attention to detail
