- Based at our Geelong, Waterfront Campus with hybrid work arrangements available
- 2 fixed-term positions available. One full-time for 12 months and the other, 22.05 hours per week for 6 months with the possibility of extension.
- HEW 5 $80,199 - $89,950 + 17% Superannuation (pro rata, part time)
As the Adviser, Payroll Services, you will provide high quality advice and support in the provision of payroll services including the University payroll, superannuation, and associated taxation matters.

**As an Adviser in Payroll Services, you will**:
- Maintain and process people and position related records in Deakin’s HR system ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Gather relevant information and seek the expertise and advice of other people as appropriate in order to provide timely advice to staff.
- Understand local processes, prepare standard documents, manage records, regularly track progress of work tasks, and identify key issues
- Present information in a clear, structured, concise, and tailored way by focusing on key messages and check that messages are understood and meet audience needs
