**Dabbagh** are on the lookout for an experienced and fastidious **Export Shipping Coordinator** to join our team on a full-time basis

**Duties & responsibilities**:

- Efficient & accurate preparation of import/export documentation
- Coordinate with suppliers & shipping lines to provide timely logistics
- Ensure that country specific documentation protocols are met on each individual shipment
- Work collaboratively with other teams in the office such as trade & accounts teams
- Provide administrative support to the internal stakeholders & teams
- Booking containers & providing updated shipping rates to the sales team
- Managing customer payments

**Required skills & experience**:

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the shipping and/or export documentation industry
- Familiarity with the meat industry is advantageous
- Computer proficiency & import/export documentation software experience
- Ability to manage bookings with shipping lines & freight rates
- Generation of EDNs, PRAs, and Forwarding Instructions
- Checking Letters of Credit, Import Permits, Bill of Ladings
- Creation of invoices, packing lists, Health/Halal certificates & certificates of origin
- Experience with Syscob and Export-It Plus is advantageous, though non-essential
