We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our executive team. This role combines traditional office-based responsibilities with occasional travel for business purposes. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, discreet, and capable of managing a dynamic workload with professionalism and efficiency. Arabic language skills are a strong advantage, as we engage with clients and partners across the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support including scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation

  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and itineraries

  • Assist with project tracking and follow-ups

  • Accompany executives on business trips when required

  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders

  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration tools

  • Willingness to travel occasionally for work-related purposes

  • Arabic language proficiency is a significant plus
