What’s the opportunity?

As a Production Supervisor at AutoNexus, you will be responsible for all site activities of receiving, processing and distribution, by providing quality finished vehicles in agreed service levels of major brands, and related services to meet present and future needs of customers.

Further to the above, your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

- Liaise with customers and the Operations Manager regarding ship arrivals
- Organising and supervising yard staff to receive vehicles, including labour planning
- Organising storage yard to accommodate incoming shipments
- Monitor and review team performance
- Provide strong leadership to the team
- Coordinate regular toolbox meetings and follow up OH&S activities

- Experience in a similar role
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage and prioritise
- Experience leading and developing a high performing team
