The company has a long history in manufacturing, import and distribution of a wide range of food products across very broad retail, wholesale and industrial channels. They have a focus on supply-chain based solutions managing the entire supply chain process to ensure right product is delivered at the right time. Customer satisfaction is paramount

**About the role**

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the role will be responsible for ensuring customer orders are delivered in full and on time. This will involve liaison with customers, sales teams, manufacturing and warehousing to problem solve various situations resulting in timely delivery.

**Key responsibilities**
- Monitor the progress of orders placed through various mechanisms including EDI
- Maintain general awareness of stock availability and forecasted requirements
- Build very strong cross functional relationships with teams in sales, logistics, manufacturing
- Liaise with customers around specific order needs, shipping solutions and time lines
- Identify and escalate supply issues likely to severely impact order fulfilment
- Provide positive response to customer enquiries regarding progress of their orders

**About you**
- Experienced Customer service Officer/Coordinator within a company that manufactures/warehouses and distributes products
- Very strong customer service ethic
- Amazing and creative problem solver
- Very high attention to detail
- Extremely well organised and efficient with your time
- Innate ability to build strong relationships within the team and across the business
- Action orientation - you love to get things done
- Great with systems and processes
