**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support including scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and itineraries
- Assist with project tracking and follow-ups
- Accompany executives on business trips when required
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration tools
- Willingness to travel occasionally for work-related purposes
- Arabic language proficiency is a significant plus
