Dabbagh Group is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented **Export/Import Manager** to join our growing team on a full-time basis. If you have a strong background in international trade logistics, documentation, and supply chain coordination, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the efficient and accurate preparation of all import/export documentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure seamless logistics.
- Ensure compliance with country-specific regulations and documentation requirements for each shipment.
- Collaborate with internal teams (trade, sales, accounts) to streamline operations and resolve issues.
- Manage container bookings, freight negotiations, and shipping rate updates.
- Supervise export/import documentation processes, including EDNs, PRAs, Forwarding Instructions, and Letters of Credit.
- Review and verify Bills of Lading, Import Permits, Health/Halal Certificates, and Certificates of Origin.
- Monitor customer payments and liaise with finance teams to ensure smooth transactions.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a high-performance culture.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Minimum **5+ years** of experience in **export/import management**, preferably within the shipping, logistics, or food industry.
- Strong knowledge of **international trade regulations** and documentation.
- Proficiency in import/export software (experience with **Syscob**is a plus).
- Ability to negotiate freight rates and manage relationships with shipping lines.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Familiarity with the **meat or perishable goods industry** is an advantage.
