**About the Team**
Our Brisbane Office is located in Redbank, Ipswich. The Project Management Office team is responsible for guiding the successful delivery of programs and projects through the provision of strategic and operational support including scheduling, reporting, risk management and document management.
This multi-skilled team supports RDA’s business including secured projects, bids and internal projects and is responsible for creating and implementing the governance processes in line with company policy and applicable standards.
**About the Role**
Reporting to the PMO Lead, you will become a part of the Program Management Office (PMO) Team, with this position being based out of our Brisbane office - MILVEHCOE, Redbank.
We have multiple Project Scheduler opportunities available within our Program Management Office (PMO) Team, who will assist with all the aspects of the project scheduling and progress reporting.
- As
- **Project Scheduler**, you can anticipate some of your day-to-day tasks to include:
- Compilation and maintenance of Contract Work Breakdown Structures (CWBS);
- Preparation, maintenance and statusing of Contract Master Schedules (CMS);
- Maintenance of Contract Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB) including analysis and reporting on variances to the baselined schedules;
- Monitoring analysis and reporting on Subcontractor Schedules in support of the Project Team;
- Provide expert assistance to the project team in the use of the cost and schedule tools including Open Plan Professional (OPP), Microsoft Project and Cobra;
- Translation of MS project schedule into OPP;
- Provide support in Earned Value Management (EVM) i.e. EVM project reporting and analysis data to the Project Team and the customer;
- Supporting the implementation and maintenance of the standard for scheduling practices, including configuration of tools; and
- Assist in the collation of the monthly CM Reporting and Earned Value Performance Report (EVPR) to stakeholders.
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

The experience and skillset best suited to this role includes:
- Experience in a Project Management, Business, IT or related field as a Scheduler / Analyst;
- Demonstrated experience in cost scheduling, project controls, risk management, performance reporting and scheduling;
- Defence industry experience;
- Advance skills in MS Office suite (Excel and Word);
- Experience with Scheduling Software (MS Project or Open Plan Professional);
- Experience with Cost Control Software (SAP or Cobra);
- Ability to work with information covered by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR);
- Must currently hold or eligible to gain the appropriate Australian Security Clearance; and
- Ability to travel interstate and internationally (Germany) when required.
