- CR/012996_1660269690Finite are working with their Defence partners to assist Defence and Industry in delivering some the most advanced, critical, complex and strategic acquisition programs in our nation's history. As a result of continued success and trust; we are seeking Project Planning & Scheduling Specialist to provide technical support and guidance across the multiple current and future campaigns our client is currently managing.

No day will be the same as this opportunity offers variety in the range of campaigns, programs and new business initiatives. You will Lead the analysis and planning efforts to determine impacts/constraints, risk and opportunities to develop recovery and corrective action plans. Which will have direct impact on the product development, process improvement and program initiatives.

**Role Responsibilities**

Lead integrated planning and scheduling activities, against assigned deliverables

Develop and maintain complex integrated project plans and detailed schedules across a multitude of organisational projects, programs and campaigns; using Open Plan Professional (OPP)

Critically analyse and report on project performance using performance metrics and data from a variety of stakeholders. Develop, implement and manage recovery/change as required

Lead planning and scheduling performance activities IAW industry best practice and standards.

**Skills & Experience**

Hold accredited Project Management qualifications

Demonstrated experience using Open Plan Professional (OPP) scheduling tool

Demonstrated experience in Project Planning, Project Scheduling, Earned Value and Performance Management Systems in a Defence project environment

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills; with the ability to lead, negotiate and influence

Hold an active BASELINE or NV1 Security Clearance (inactive security clearance holders will be considered)
