**The position**:
This role will lead the development, implementation and maintenance of project schedules for both the Construction and Development businesses of RES in Australia. The incumbent will work closely with the Project Managers and Finance team to ensure compliance of each project to its budget and report accordingly. The incumbent will also be responsible for assisting with project Contingency Drawdown, Forecast Change, Lessons Learnt registers, and the R&O register in conjunction with the Project Managers.
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Set up and maintain project controls framework, quality systems and project reporting for individual projects.
- Monitor progress of all live construction projects and update each with Principal’s Integrated Program. This will include reviewing and analysing counterparties programs to ensure compliance and report as required.
- Confident in providing advice to the internal and external stakeholders with respect to program including critical path analysis, performance evaluation and proactive solutions to achieve best for project outcomes.
- Assist the development team with review of programs and contract particulars including analysing tender programs submissions (Pre-FID) and overall program management.
- Work with the finance team as well as the assigned Project Manager to manage the finance and cost for each delivered project including monitoring and managing project drawdown schedules.
- Assist the assigned Project Manager to review contractual claims (i.e. EoT) and provide guidance on responses from the Principal’s Representative.
- Working widely across Construction and Asset Management team as well as Development, accountable to Head of Construction for plans, processes and delivery of objectives.
- Active listening and collaborative working with team members to engage, enthuse and support positive team involvement in the creation, delivery and uptake of new processes.
- Responsible for liaising with colleagues across the Australian and global business to fully understand the scope of service delivery.
