In a role where active listening and intuition are paramount, you’ll work with the CEO and leadership team to lead the design and expansion of relevant, up-to-the-minute nonclinical psychosocial programs. Pertinent programs that provide the kinds of support that participants need in their real, often-dauntingt, day-to-day world

Drawing on your natural empathy, strong leadership skills and contemporary knowledge, you’ll create test and harness new ideas to develop sustainable service options that connect with a wide and varied participant base.

Solid experience in the psychosocial field - backed by your own emotional maturity, impeccable communications, and interpersonal skills - will enable you to build indispensable relationships as you drive effective awareness and organisational across government and the community.

Through inspirational leadership and thoughtful coaching, you will build your team’s understanding of contemporary, recovery-orientated, evidence-based service models as you continually shape and improve the team culture, practice, and performance.
