**The Manager, Strategic Projects and Governance will**:

- Manage and support the team to develop and deliver projects, overseeing timeframes and outcomes for these activities.
- Provide strategic advice and recommendations to senior management on complex issues related to innovation strategy and programs, and program delivery, including the preparation of accurate and comprehensive proposals, briefs and correspondence.
- Work strategically to actively resolve problems and deliver outcomes and results in a fast paced, high pressure environment while maintaining professional processes and protocols.
- Create and foster relationships across the innovation ecosystem, through engagement with external stakeholders and other government agencies.
- Nurture relationships with government and external stakeholders.
- Lead the development of new contracts as required, negotiating key deliverables and terms with external stakeholders, and working with internal corporate areas (legal, finance and procurement teams).

This position will work closely with the Manager, Precincts and Places but will also
support broader innovation strategic projects across the team..
