Innovation is a key pillar of our business strategy, and the project pipeline potential is vast. In this newly created role, you will drive the Integria Practitioner product innovation and development agenda for MediHerb, Eagle and Eagle Clinical. With your technical knowledge you will coordinate, influence, and align cross functionally to deliver key business projects.
- Reporting to the Head of Practitioner, you will play the pivotal role in product development collaborating with our research and development, manufacturing and marketing teams, working collectively to achieve success. Leading by a culture of innovation, this role would suit a positive, passionate, and organised professional who is keen to roll up their sleeves to bring to market some truly incredible opportunities.**Key responsibilities**:

- Ensure the Innovation & Development team delivers Product Development projects on time and in line with strategic / brand plans
- Lead gate meetings including preparation and distribution of documentation as well as reporting on key NPD metrics
- Assist and develop forums during which new ingredient ideas, new science, and novel delivery formats can be shared with the wider Practitioner team
- Facilitate ideation discussions ensuring these are translated into tangible concepts and innovation projects
- Encourage and facilitate a strong partnership model between key stakeholders in the business, particularly Research & Development, Education, Marketing and Manufacturing teams
- Lead and manage Product Development end to end to achieve the agreed KPIs
- Coach and guide a high-performance team instilling a strong sense of collaboration, customer-centric focus, and excellence in practice
- Lead a culture of innovation drive by staying abreast of natural medicine science with a strong focus on novel ingredients and delivery formats for domestic and international markets

**About You**:

- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in the natural healthcare industry
- Qualifications in Naturopathy/Nutrition/Herbal Medicine or related discipline
- Experience in Project management and use of PM tools (e.g., Microsoft Project)
- Demonstrated track record of the successful management of multi-faceted and cross-functional teams of technical experts and highly skilled employees
- Ability to manage complex and competing priorities with exemplary time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with drive and initiative in a fast-paced environment
- Highly developed verbal and written communication including identifying appropriate communication approaches, active listening as well as giving and receiving feedback
- Excellent relationship management and stakeholder management ability, both internal and external
