We are seeking an experienced Innovation Manager to drive our innovation strategy, governance, and implementation. As our Innovation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organisation's culture and mindset to support innovation, while also leading purposeful and focused innovation outcomes across the company.

You will;
- Lead delivery of innovation priorities through Powerlink’s Innovation Framework, including resource allocation, progress tracking, and benefits evaluation
- Bring an innovation toolkit of approaches to help the organization find new and creative ways to solve complex problems and act on new business strategies
- Create strong collaborative relationships with leaders and their teams to translate innovative ideas into impactful outcomes, helping the organization to adopt innovative solutions
- Guide individuals and teams through the innovation process—from ideation to business case development and successful delivery of game-changing ideas
- Driving impact by collaborating with stakeholders to align resources and governance to enable implementation
- Model innovative behaviours and drive cultural and mindset changes necessary for fostering innovation across the organization
- Fostering strong relationships and establishing a clear identity for our innovation strategy to drive impact
- Continue to evolve Powerlink’s innovation strategy aligned with Powerlink's Corporate Strategy and business needs
- Cultivate organisational innovation capability through enhancing and embedding robust innovation processes and systems to drive timely outcomes
- Proactively engage with customers and stakeholders to influence market and policy agendas related to innovation in the regulated network business sector

**Your expertise**:
You will have a background in leading innovation strategy and programs, along with strong stakeholder engagement and team leadership skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Technology Management or Psychology
- Significant experience in leadership and management of corporate innovation strategy and programs
- Demonstrated ability to lead innovation strategy, practice, and programs at a senior level within a similar organization
- Ability to manage the delivery of an innovation program of works and lead a team of innovation leads
- Advanced stakeholder engagement, facilitation, influencing, and relationship management skills
