What will your typical day look like?
- Trim, file, grind, deburr, buff, and smooth surfaces, seams, and joints of assembled parts, using hand tools and portable power tools.
- Drill and punch holes in metal, for screws, bolts, and rivets.
- Select gauges and types of sheet metal or non-metallic material, according to product specifications.
- Selecting, measuring, cut, tap, drill steel components for use in the fabrication of radiators.
- Uses grinders, drill presses, drills and other air and power tools.
- Assist in other areas of production as required.
- Perform work in a safe manner and follow all safety guidelines/procedures.
- Carries out all duties directed by supervisors and managers in a safe and timely manner as per guidelines and procedures.
