**Job Opportunity: Trade Assistant at Perth Power Tractors**

**Position**: Trade Assistant

**Location**: Perth, Western Australia

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist tradespeople and technicians with the maintenance, repair, and servicing of agricultural and commercial machinery.
- Support the parts department by helping to organise and manage inventory.
- Perform general workshop duties, including cleaning, tool maintenance, and equipment preparation.
- Load and unload machinery and parts, ensuring they are handled safely and stored correctly.
- Deliver parts and equipment to various locations as needed.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Participate in on-the-job training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a trade assistant role or similar position is preferred, but not necessary as training will be provided
- Basic knowledge of agricultural and commercial machinery is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Good physical condition and the ability to perform manual labour.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
