**The Company**
Founded over ten years ago, my client is a multi-award-winning specialist construction management firm with capabilities spanning a broad range of sectors.

Supported by the project management team, you will gain exposure to D&C and the sectors of commercial workspaces, EOT, capital projects, industrial, façade, remedial, heritage, hotels, hospitality and retail.

My client have capabilities to manage projects of varying scales and disciplines ranging from $10 million to smaller scale fitouts.

**Duties & Responsibilities**

You will be responsible for:

- Quality check all work
- Client appointments and inspections
- Be hands on managing all phases of the projects
- Maintain professional relationships with clients
- Schedule and coordinate trades on multiple job sites
- Maintain high level of paperwork, invoices, job programs
- Site inspections to assess progress and follow up on sub-contractors
- Interpret building plans, engineer reports, specifications and codes of practice

**Skills & Experience**
- Trade background or Licenced Builder (highly desirable) or tertiary qualified
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a Foreman role across construction + fitout & refurb projects
- Technically minded with great understanding of the building process from ground to completion and interiors
- Great with clients and resolving issues
- Keen eye for detail and passionate to deliver a top-quality finish
- Ability to support and manage subcontractors keeping a positive relationship
- Demonstrate a high level of OH&S and QA knowledge
