In this role you will have the opportunity to work on our key projects across Sydney.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a progressive and professional Tier 2 company that continues to grow.

This role would suit someone who has Foreman experience and also enjoys working on tools.

Your responsibilities will be in the following key areas:

- Supervise works on site
- Implementing construction programmes and monitoring progress
- Supervision of subcontractors and labourers
- Setting out and levelling as necessary
- Site safety including implementing Gartner Rose's OH&S management system
- Responsibility for the safety of all personnel and sub-contractors on the site
- Liaison with clients, consultants, project managers and the general public
- Completion of ITP documents
- Site administration and record keeping
- Audit site registers and site quality control
- Audit site quality control
- Management and ordering of materials as necessary

To be successful in this role you will possess the following skills and qualifications:

- Trade background (desirable)
- Solid experience as a Foreman
- 5 years' experience in construction
- WH&S Induction Card
- Suitable WH&S training to enable you to supervise a construction site
- Ability to prepare reports for the Project Manager
- Staff management/supervisory experience
- Reliable, hardworking, strong work ethic and an ability to work as part of a team
- Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
