**Position**: Site Foreman/Supervisor

**Company**: An established Sydney Water minor and major accredited provider.

**Location**: Sydney, Australia

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise 1-3 projects concurrently.
- Implement WH&S and environmental requirements.
- Coordinate project resources: plant, equipment, and labour.
- Liaise with builders, site managers, and subcontractors.
- Develop and execute weekly work plans with Project Managers.
- Ensure projects are within budget and specification.
- Communicate effectively regarding variations, EOTs, and delays.
- Maintain daily activity records in the company site diary.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in Sydney Water Construction.
- Experience with pipelaying.
- Leadership qualities.
- Hands on foreman
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to interpret construction plans and technical drawings.
- Valid driver's license (HR license preferred but not essential).

**Additional Duties**:

- Interpret Sydney Water technical drawings.
- Liaise with onsite personnel and stakeholders.
- Supervise installation activities.
- Operate equipment as needed.
- Ensure work quality.
- Provide daily direction to employees.

**Required Certifications**:

- NWPNET and RIIOHS/RIMPO series.
- White Card.
- Heavy Vehicle Driver's License.
