About the role

As Site Foreman at LANDCON PTY LTD', you will be responsible for overseeing all construction activities and ensuring the successful and timely completion of projects. This full-time role is based in Gladesville NSW 2111, the development is a mixed use residential commercial building comprising of 65 residential apartments and 4 commercial suites over 6 stories and a 2 level of basement parking

What you'll be doing

  • Organising and supervising construction teams to complete tasks efficiently and to a high standard
  • Coordinating with project managers to ensure adherence to project plans, budgets and timelines
  • Monitoring workers' performance and providing feedback and guidance as needed
  • Identifying and resolving any issues or risks that arise on the construction site
  • Ensuring all construction activities comply with relevant safety and building regulations
  • Maintaining detailed records of the project's progress and communicating updates to key stakeholders

What we're looking for

  • Significant experience as a Site Foreman or similar construction supervisory role
  • Minimum 5-8 years of Site Foreman or similar construction supervisory experience
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, equipment and safety protocols
  • Excellent organisational, problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate construction teams to deliver high-quality work
  • Working knowledge of relevant construction regulations and standards
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting project plans, blueprints and specifications
  • Essential experience with multi-storey residential/commercial building projects
