Studio Marketing Manager

Fotograf HQ is a state-of-the-art photographic studio based in south-east Melbourne.
We are a family run business with a passion for photography and people. We pride ourselves on our authenticity and ability to connect to our customers, build life-long friendships and therefore create genuine memories in the studio. Formerly known as ‘Studio Glamour’, our business has continued to flourish over the last 10 years. Our extensive experience has given us the opportunity to continually enhance our reputation, through consistently providing high-quality finished products and a time-less experience.

In 2020 we opened the doors to our brand-new purpose-built studio. The multifaceted space has been thoughtfully designed and gives us the ability to provide a large variety of photographic services. This includes candid family sessions, corporate head shots, fashion portraiture, personal branding, product and car photography.

Our personalized studio experiences are thoughtfully created and carefully tailored to each client. Our values of connection, creativity, collaboration and authenticity are reflected in our images which are brought to life by our incredible team.

Through listening to the unique stories of our clients and understanding their individual needs, we direct them from start to finish and create moments of love, joy and tenderness. **THE ROLE**:
We are looking for an innovative Marketing Manager to help develop and execute creative campaigns and strategies that will drive the success of our state-of-the-art photography studio. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding the needs of the business and clients. You will be a leader in the development of programs, campaigns and products that promote our studio to new and existing audiences. Through collaborating with our creative team, you will be able to implement comprehensive strategies that have been developed in conjunction with the business owners.

**Key Accountabilities**:
Contribute strongly to the sales, development, and profit growth of the business through the successful implementation and execution of;
- Robust marketing plans and all included key initiatives.
- Generating viable new approaches and solutions to identified marketing challenges
- Manage and update the website and social media pages, including development of an in depth social media 12-month plan.
- Support sales campaigns through marketing activations targeted at specific demographics with new and existing portfolio packages.
- Drive cross promotional activities with business partnerships
- Build and promote the commercial photography services.
- Brief and manage the process for any artwork, graphic design and POS requirements. Ensure incorporation of agreed brand guidelines
- Provide insights and research into relevant competitor businesses where possible.
- Create processes to ensure schedules and budget commitments are met
- Ability to identify and capture partnership opportunities that promote organisational objectives.
- Analyse and enhance social media engagement and presence
