**Primary Responsibilities**
- Effectively identify, manage and minimise potential bad debt.
- Escalate overdue customers to credit manager for further action
- Managing Accounts Receivable Inbox and attend to AR related queries, copies of invoices, saving up remittances, investigate on discrepancies, forwarding queries to other departments for action.
- Uploading invoices to various portals
- Back up for Daily Banking (EFT/Credit Card/CHQ), ensure payments are allocated in a timely manner (Leave cover only).
- Relief Reception (leave cover only)
