**DCC Facility Services** is a well-established medium sized company within the commercial cleaning sector. We have achieved significant growth over the last several years.
We are looking for a BDM to join our successful team in an autonomous & rewarding position.
This role will be responsible for leading the sales function in VIC, identifying new opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and making a long-term impact on DCC Facility Service's growth.

**What You Will Do**
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities
- Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Drive revenue growth through proactive lead generation
- Build and maintain client relationships to ensure engagement and retention
- Conduct face-to-face client meetings, and industry networking
- Develop quotes, proposals, and negotiate deals
- Provide sales forecasting and reporting to senior management
- Tender Writing is a MUST.
- Attend Tendering process
- Must be able to hit a target of **$100k-$200K** in sales Per Year.
- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar business development or sales role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with CRM management software
- A customer-centric mindset with the ability to understand and anticipate client needs
- Highly motivated and results-driven with a strategic approach to sales
- Operational experience in commercial cleaning is desired however not essential.
- Flexible working hours to accommodate start-up of new clients and ongoing support.
- Knowledge of the cleaning industry standards and general maintenance services agreements would be an advantage.
- High level of WH&S knowledge, requirements and standards.
- Ability to work autonomously, strategize and plan ahead.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and work to deadlines.
- Experience in conflict resolution / contractors / franchisees.
You will be required to provide a valid police clearance as part of the recruitment process.
