**Receptionist
- Admin-Clinic Assistant** required for a busy Healthcare clinic in Bondi Junction.

**Hours**:
Tuesday 1:45-finish 6/7pm; Wednesday 9am - 2pm

(applicant is required to do all shifts and have Flexibility to fill-in other shifts as required - we will have several extra shifts July-September).

**Applicants must have**:
Previous Reception experience;
Excellent spoken and written english;
be well groomed and professionally presented; punctual;
able to follow instructions, processes and procedures;
quick to learn and enjoy customer service;
Excellent computer/ IT and social media skills; attention to detail.

We are a highly professional team offering a range of healthcare services and are supported by a wonderful reception team.

The role is busy, we have one receptionist per shift: answering phones, scheduling appointments, receiving and receipting payments, receiving and unpacking deliveries, attending to enquiries, dispensing sale items, cleaning, sanitising, additional clinic duties.

You will be an integral part of our workplace, we are looking for a long-term placement.

**Starting date**: ASAP for training (various times to get you trained quickly)

Suitable for a local area, mature resident.

This position is **in-house** and cannot be done on-line.

NO VISA Sponsorship.

Position is paid Grade 3 Health Professional and Support Services Award

Casual hourly rate.
