**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Appointment Coordination**: Efficiently book appointments and manage patient recalls.
- **Billing and Receipting**: Handle patient accounts with accuracy and diligence.
- **Document Management**: Source, scan, and enter data pre and post consultations.
- **Versatility**: Work both collaboratively within a team and independently.
- **Payment Processing**: Utilize EFTPOS or Stripe for seamless payment transactions.
- **Reception Area Maintenance**: Ensure a tidy and welcoming reception area.
- **Stock Control and Ordering**: Manage inventory to keep operations running smoothly.
