Role Overview: As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face and voice of our practice. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Greeting and assisting patients with warmth and professionalism.
- Managing appointment scheduling, ensuring efficient coordination.
- Handling patient inquiries, both in-person and over the phone, with empathy and confidentiality.
- Collaborating with medical staff to maintain smooth office operations.
- Managing administrative tasks, including patient records and billing.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a medical receptionist or similar role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Genie and handling basic administrative tasks.
- Sensitivity and empathy in dealing with mental health patients.
